New print available in the shop

With Levelling the Land having it’s 35 year anniversary fast approaching, I have retrieved 6 file copies of On The Fiddle magazine No.1 which have been tucked away at the back of my plan chest. This was one of my earliest designs for the band and with newly available software (Fontographer) I was able to design their very own typeface exclusively for the magazine, (hand drawn and scanned in), it was named Philfont (after their then manager). This would later be followed by Jeremyfont named after you know who. They are still used on designs today. The band have very kindly signed these file copies of On The Fiddle magazine last month (Mark, Jeremy, Jon, Charlie, Matt and Dan) with Jeremy’s cat embossed authenticity stamp. I am putting these up for sale on ebay, and all the money raised will go to the charity Myeloma UK, who are a fantastic online resource, they also campaign for new cutting edge treatment to be offered across the UK.

I have had the good fortune to be the Leveller’s Graphic Designer and close collaborator with the brilliant Jeremy Leveller for over 35 years.
